Joli started at as a love story before anything else. Shortly after attending UC Berkeley, Olivia and Jordan met one another only to find that not only were they quite fond of one another but also their love for music was and still is a driving force for love and the pursuit of it. After gigging locally in the Bay Area as a duo for a couple years, Joli made a couple of additions with the help of Dave De Leon on Drums and Billy Reese on Bass Guitar. Both respective musicians in their own regard, Joli has blossomed into a local staple for live music not only playing music everyone knows and loves but also with the anticipated release of their first EP, Joli is poised to be making music for years to come.
